Tom Curran to tour Australia & New Zealand – April 2016
Exit is pleased to announce that Exit Europe Coordinator, Tom Curran, will be speaking at a series of Exit Public Meetings in April 2016.
Tom Curran is best known as the face of Right to Die Ireland. In 2013, Tom Curran and his wife Marie Fleming took a case to Ireland’s Supreme Court to determine if Marie had a constitutional right to an assisted death. The Court said ‘no’.
Marie Fleming died of complications of her MS in December of that year.
Since this time, Tom has become a fearless campaigner for the right to die in Europe. This will be his first visit to Australia and New Zealand.
All meetings are free and open to the public.
